Together We Can “Live Independently from Tobacco” with Chuck Bethea, PhD, LMSW.
The class is for anyone who has struggled with tobacco use or has a loved one who is struggling. Attendees will learn the history of tobacco from its earliest use to present, understand the forces that maintain such powerful control and often make life without tobacco unmanageable, and develop and sustain an improved quality of life without tobacco.
Classes will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Bayview Wesleyan Church, 720 Wayne Street, Traverse City. The event is free and open to the public, but reservations are required as seating is limited.
